Nicola has been a Line Manager for a distribution centre for the past 6 years, gaining experience of people management, leading teams of up to 100 employees. This is where she found her passion for HR and is now working towards her level 5 CIPD. Nicola is excited to be a part of the Centric HR family and looking forward to developing her knowledge and experience further.
