Who We Are
Centric HR was founded by Sandra Berns, a Fellow of the CIPD with more than 25 years of senior HR and organisational development experience across the public and private sectors. From our base in Staffordshire, we have grown into a trusted team of senior HR practitioners with a proud reputation for solving the people challenges other consultancies shy away from: complex, sensitive and often contentious casework, and demanding workforce projects.
