Alex has a wealth of knowledge gained from a 15-year career in Human Resources and most recently from running her own small business. Her HR experience has been within the Professional Services and Housing sectors. She gained a Masters in Personnel and Development from The University of Westminster and Chartered Membership of the CIPD. As a HR generalist, Alex enjoys working closely with Line Managers to understand their business areas and providing them with advice on all aspects of HR, especially employee relations issues.
