Ian began his career with the NHS as a clinician and quickly moved up to become a service manager, but uses his insight into front line services in all that does. He moved into the human resources field through his work in workforce development and education and training.
He is an all-round Board Level Human Resources Director / Chief People Officer with more than 20 years’ demonstrable experience in the HR field in multiple sectors. For the last 10 years Ian has been proud to hold a fellowship of the CIPD.
Ian has particular skills and experience in organisational development, workforce development and education and training. He relishes developing and delivering culture and staff engagement strategies and plans. His work has often involved the transformation and overhaul of HR functions to ensure fitness for purpose.
