Sarah Marrow is a strategic HR generalist with over 25 years commercial experience gained across a broad range of sectors, including professional services, banking, aviation, engineering, charities and SMEs. Sarah started her career in ‘Big 4’ consulting before making the move to in-house HR roles. Most recently she was Director of People & Engagement at a private equity backed SME, working as part of the leadership team through a period of continued change and rapid growth.
Throughout her career, Sarah has supported organisations through managing change, restructures and reorganisations, both small-scale and business-wide, including mergers and acquisitions, TUPE, downsizing, outsourcing and insourcing. Sarah has partnered with union and employee representatives and strongly believes that even these challenging circumstances may have a positive outcome for affected individuals if handled with respect and dignity.
Operating at board level, Sarah has successfully aligned HR strategic aims to business drivers, working as a trusted advisor to senior colleagues. She has developed creative solutions to business challenges including driving improvements to employee engagement and culture change, talent management and development.
