Emily’s journey with Centric HR began through a work experience placement, where her enthusiasm for HR quickly stood out. Following the completion of her Psychology degree, Emily went on to study for an MA in Human Resource Management at Keele University, achieving a Distinction and gaining CIPD Associate Membership through the programme.
As part of her Master’s degree, Emily completed a placement with Centric HR before joining the team permanently as a Trainee HR Adviser in April 2026. Since then, she has developed valuable experience across a broad range of HR activities, supporting clients and colleagues with employee relations matters, employment contracts, policies and handbooks, HR processes, and employment law updates.
Emily has embraced the challenges of working in HR consultancy with professionalism, dedication and a willingness to learn. Her approachable nature, attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent support make her a valued member of the Centric HR team as she continues to develop her career in HR.
