That’s exactly what our Premium retainer provides. A bundle of HR consultancy hours at a discounted rate, spread over 12 months and paid monthly, to use however your business needs.
How the Premium Retainer Works
You purchase a minimum of 12 hours of HR support per year, paid in manageable monthly instalments. Those hours are yours to use however you wish, whether that’s:
- Drafting compliant contracts and policies
- Advice on disciplinaries, grievances and investigations
- Managing sickness absence and return-to-work processes
- Support with probation, performance and capability issues
- Guidance on redundancy, restructuring or TUPE queries
- A sense-check before you make a difficult decision
Need more than 12 hours? No problem. Additional hours are available at the same discounted rate, currently £126 per hour, so an unexpected employee issue never means an unexpected bill shock.
Support When You Actually Need It
HR problems don’t keep office hours, so neither do we:
- Telephone HR support from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
- 24/7 emergency phone line outside normal opening hours
- Call and email responses within 4 hours, and often within the hour
Support is normally delivered remotely, keeping your costs down, with face-to-face visits available where required.
