Returns & Refunds Policy
As our products are digital downloads, they are considered used once downloaded, and we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds in most cases.
Refunds may only be issued if:
You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not downloaded it yet, or
The file is corrupted/unusable, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at enquiries@centrichr.co.uk and provide your order number and details.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
