Centric HR was founded by Sandra Berns a confident and versatile Human Resources and Organisational Development Practitioner with 25 years demonstrable experience and a Fellow of the CIPD.
Nicola Hickinbottom
Nicola has been a Line Manager for a distribution centre for the past 6 years, gaining experience of people management, leading teams of up to 100 employees. This is where she found her passion for HR and is now working towards her level 5 CIPD.
Hannah Barlow-Chapman
Hannah has 13+ years of diverse HR experience across sectors including legal, financial, not-for-profit, energy, and manufacturing. Hannah holds an MA in Strategic Human Resource Management (Distinction) and a CIPD HRM Postgraduate Diploma Level 7.

It’s based primarily on your employee numbers and the level of support you’re likely to need. You’ll receive a clear quote before committing to anything.
Larger projects like these are quoted separately, as costs depend on the number of people involved. Your retainer team will guide you through scoping and pricing.
Our focus is prevention; the vast majority of issues we handle never get near a tribunal. If a claim does arise, you’ll typically need an employment solicitor, but the robust processes and documentation we put in place give you the strongest possible position.
We can, although it’s often quicker and more cost-effective to replace them with our professionally drafted contracts and handbook, tailored with anything bespoke your organisation requires.
The package runs over 12 months, paid monthly, but we pride ourselves on flexibility. If your circumstances change, we’re always happy to talk.
